Costs for heating and air conditioning are usually included in the rental price, but if not, the cost will be calculated and shown on the booking form. Gas and electricity charges are also included, except for any optional energy charges listed on the booking form.

Additional services are available on request, such as extra change of bed linen and towels, extra cleaning services, laundry services, cooking services and babysitting services. Prices for these services are shown below.
